Lawyers finally catch up with the world of technology.
Take a doctor to your depo in your laptop!
"MD in a Box. The online company uses Skype, a video-conferencing computer program that allows the doctor in New Delhi to listen in and type furiously when the testifying doctor says something ripe for challenging. This real-time remote access to medical expertise is used during depositions and trials, as well as for research, reviewing medical records in advance to see if there is a good case, and overnight transcription services." This is awesome. Up to the minute information to rebut BS in a courtroom. This should move into other arenas. Family Law in a Box, Published Today! in a Box, IP Law in a Box, Forensic Psychology in a Box (That one should be in a box 6 feet under)
This is powerful. Technology is so far behind in the legal arena - and women are also so far from using it properly. They neither understand its power or like it.
This goes very well with my idea: text a bar complaint against opposing counsel from the courtroom.
