If you go back to the blog post Jeffrey Kaufman, Genetic Justice and Zimbardo (May 08, 2007) you will find Melanie just left me this comment:

"I wish desperately to understand what is going on here in this blog. I can't even tell if the entries are by the same person. Please help me learn your story. Mine is on-going and much the same. God bless you."

Oh Melanie, I wish desperately too to understand what is going on in this blog. It has almost nothing to do with positive psych does it? I keep coming back to legal ethics.

Ok, you got me...I have things to say, I say them. These are all by me (see my response to you), they are in no order, and they probably make no sense.

Therefore, let me admit it - YOU ARE SO PERCEPTIVE! Thanks for being the one to point it out. I was waiting for someone to do it and you did.

I don't want to change the title of the blog - but here is a clue to my randomness. I am putting together a collection for a book. Some of the blog posts will be in there.

Thanks for seeing the elephant in the room no one else has mentioned. (What the hell is this blog all about? rants on lawyers and it is called Using Positive Psychology? Marty Seligman, forgive me! Melanie, your cut to the chase Comment is right on! )

I want everyone to get connected. Remember when those pessimists told us the internet would make us lonely? I knew that wasn't true. And now, you can have your own TV show in minutes. Live. This is power. Control of a situation, a way to be heard. Use it. Change the world one TV show at a time. Don't worry what people think of you.

This Sunday The New York Times had an article on publicity bringing down the unethical prosecutor in the Duke case. This is oversight and publicity at its best.

L.A.'s Dopest Attorney is a Narcissist? Allison Margolin - What were you thinking?

Lawyers were the last to get wired, last to figure out the internet and seems like LA's Dopest Attorney, Allison Margolin, still has a lot to learn. She may be branding herself quite well as some legal blogs claim, but her apparent narcissism makes her look rather silly.

In a rush to the top spot on Google she asked for a blog post about her to be taken down.

In googleworld, that is not how you get to the top.
